Terms of Service

The service

Heliosera is job site management software for Australian residential builders — scheduling, subcontractor compliance tracking, quoting, invoicing, and a client portal. It's provided on a subscription basis, including a free trial period shown in your account.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including contractor compliance documents, quotes, and financial records.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including enabling two-factor authentication where appropriate.
• Heliosera is a tool to help you track compliance and manage jobs — it doesn't replace your own legal, contractual, or licensing obligations as a licensed builder.

Payments

Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed as described at checkout or by our team. Online payments collected from your clients through the client portal are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms; Heliosera does not hold client funds.

Availability

We aim to keep Heliosera available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance that may affect access.

Termination

You may stop using Heliosera and request account deletion at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or where subscription fees remain unpaid.

Liability

Heliosera is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Australian law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that can't lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
